4. General notes and mandatory information
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser's address line changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL or TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Retention period
Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this privacy notice, your personal data remains with us until the purpose of the processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged breach.
Access, rectification and erasure
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, where applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data. For this and for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the cases listed in Art. 18 (1) GDPR.
Objection to advertising emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published under the legal notice obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, for example by spam emails.
5. Data collection on this website
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website; for this purpose the server log files must be collected.
Enquiries by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The data you send to us remains with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent or the purpose of the data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
6. Cookies and consent
This website uses technically necessary storage access and, after your consent, cookies of the analytics service Google Analytics. On your first visit your consent is obtained via a consent banner. Your decision is stored locally in your browser (localStorage entry "fso_consent") and is not transmitted to third parties. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings in the footer. Until consent is given, no analytics cookies are set (Consent Mode v2, default: denied).
7. Analytics tool: Google Analytics 4
This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics 4. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter Google). Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. The website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, time spent, operating systems used and origin of the user.
Google Analytics is used exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG (German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act). Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Before consent is given, the service is set to "denied" via Google Consent Mode v2, so that no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is transmitted.
We have activated IP anonymisation on this website. Your IP address is thereby shortened by Google before it is processed further. The retention period of the user- and event-related data collected by Google Analytics is limited to a maximum of 14 months and is deleted automatically after this period.
The data processing may include a transfer to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The data transfer is additionally based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings in the footer; the Google Analytics cookies then present (_ga, _ga_4RDKW8N1CQ) are deleted in the process.
Further information on the handling of user data at Google Analytics can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
This privacy notice is tailored to the actual functional scope of this website. A final legal review before going live is recommended, in particular of the details concerning the hosting provider.
